Data processor

The data processor DP-E1A is a calculating system for measuring geometrical features with ease of use. A 0.1μm-reading counter display is built in the compact body. The 320 x 240-pixel LCD brings more ease of use. Effectively used in combination with a measuring microscope/profile projector, it quickly calculates geometrical features with a simple and interactive operation. Measurement results are automatically memorized as teaching steps and can be easily used as a measurement routine. GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) defined by the ANSI Y14.5M Specification is supported. In addition to location tolerancing such as True Position, MMC and LMC, determination of Form, Orientation and Runout can be conducted interactively. Multi-language display, English, German, Japanese, Korean and Simplified Chinese, is supported.

Glass Scale Set

This tool checks the magnification accuracy of a projector.

Contains a 50mm standard scale in 1mm increments with a precision of (3+7L/1000)μm and a 300mm reading scale in 0.1mm increments with a precision of (6+L/50)μm, and a l 6X magnifier.

Glass Reading Scale

Used to measure projected images.

300mm both in increments of 0.5mm are available.
Precision: (15+L/20)μm.
