Nikon's DIGIMICRO MF-501 is a simple and highly performing thickness finder.
It can be measured up to 50 mm and offers accuracy from 20°Cto 1um.
The stand and probe can be replaced to the desired specifications.
The measured results can be immediately verified via a digital counter.
